[X-SW] Ripping CD to MP3 player with iTunes?

I just ripped a disc in iTunes.  I know you can change the preferences 
to have it always rip to MP3 instead of AAC, but when it's ripping to 
the internal hard drive, AAC is fine with me.  I also want to rip the 
disc to my MP3 player, though.  Can I do a one-time rip in MP3?  What's 
the best way to get the songs onto my MP3 player?
