[X Newbies] import to mail from FM Pro or reverse

Well, I found my own workaround so thought I would pass it on.

First I exported the FileMaker Pro files as tab delimitated than I 
imported these into a new Palm desktop address list. I then exported 
them as vCards and then imported that into my Mac OS 10.3 address book. 
Worked like a charm.
