PC/Mac Print Servers

I have the following network environment in my home:
MacOS 10.2.8
MacOS 8.6
WinXP
Netgear router
HP LaserJet 5MP printer

I need to hook up the printer to my network. Will the Netgear PS101 
Mini print server work with the OS's listed above? How slow is the 
PS101 compared to print servers in the 150 dollar range?
