Not really OT ...

The error messages you're getting tell a pretty clear story ... iTunes 
is unable to grab the track names for you from the Gracenote CDDB (an 
internet site) because your internet connection cannot be invoked. Are 
you on dialup? If so, check your internet settings (or Internet 
Connect) and the iTunes Preferences to see if you have UNchecked 
anything along the lines of "connect to Internet when needed" or "allow 
applications to dial out."

You can enter the track names manually if you'd prefer by simply 
selecting the track, pressing cmd-I and typing in the track name.
