You're looking for Java Update for Mac OS X v10.3.9. Use Software 
Update to update your system (though I shouldn't install QT 7 just yet 
-- particularly if you're using QT Pro). If you still have problems 
afterwards, then we can go into how to reinstall Java v1.4.2
