In a word, no.

Your Mac has a 601 processor. No one has ever succeeded in getting a 601 PPC
to boot any version of OS X.

Even if you upgraded it with an accelerator and newer processor, I doubt you
would find it possible.   In a world of $50 Blue & White G3 Macs, there is
not much point, either.

The maximum official System for the 8100 is MacOS 9.1.
