[X-Servers] Servermanagerserver on 10.2.x server

Has anyone seen servermanagerserver running away with cpu time on 
10.2.x server?  We've upgraded to all the latest patches, and it's 
still occurring, chewing up 90% of processor time sometimes on a 
dual-processor xserve.

Any confirmation and solutions to the problem would be greatly 
appreciated.  Thanks!
