Are you running Panther? I bought a 512 MB chip for the same computer 
from OWC. It worked fine until I installed Panther. OWC replaced the 
chip for me and all was fine. Maybe you could call OWC and ask them 
which chip is preferred for the PB 1.33 running panther. I don't 
remember which chip they sent me.
