Don't know if it's related to your issue, but whenever I try to access movie trailers there, the download starts, then it poops out about 25% of the way, then I loose the airport completely (and so do other clients). Restart is the only fix, along with visiting the movie's web page for trailers instead of the iTMS. Is it possible that certain internet sites (or types of links) can hose the Airport's connectivity? Maybe ask your users if they were downloading something that got stuck or visited a page that refused to load?
