[X4U] Transferring a Outlook Express (OS 9) address book to Apple's mail (OS X)

Sorry to follow up to this so late... a customer has exactly this 
requirement, but I couldn't find the scripts menu. Is it only in 
Panther..? The customer is on Jag.
