[X4U] Ichat AV

Michael. I entered you into my buddy list but you are not available. 
When I run Ichat av it tells me that I am available but everyone in my 
buddy list is grayed out. I downloaded aim and could communicate using 
text to my son. He is using AIM on windows XP pro. When he searches for 
me it tells him the I am not available. I can not figure out what I 
have done wrong or did not set up If you have any ideas I would 
appreciate it.  Could this be caused by .mac?  I have taken my firewall 
out and turned firewall off in OSX. In IChat prefs I have set  allow 
anyone in privacy pane. TIA Bob  rrashton  on .mac
