I have tried to use Trams before - and, IIRC, all they were going to do was box up the product and send it on to Holland. i.e. Same process as I'm going through now - just with another step in the way. Of course they may have been able to fix this relatively trivial problem on-site - maybe I should have checked them out before I arranged the repair directly with Apple? However, I stand by my initial complaint. Apple Macs are great: a) Once you've got the product you ordered and b) Assuming no hardware issues However, their service levels are pretty poor, to put it mildly.
