[X4U] Force PB17" external projector/display to 1024x768.

Have you done a 'detect displays' with the projector plugged in?

I have the original 17" and with at least some external displays, I get 
different resolution options depending on whether the external is 
mirroring what's on the PB display or operating as an independent, 
second display.
