[X4U] iMovie HD only imports first clip?

Assuming you have plenty of room on the drive you're capturing to, it  
sounds like iMovie isn't getting the signal that the next scene has  
started, which can happen if certain parts of the tape are taped  
over. Try turning off the option to have iMovie automatically start a  
new clip at a scene break. You should be able to find that in the  
iMovie Preferences.
