[X4U] Can one convert OS 9 comments to OS X comments?

This one really stunned me. You're right, OS X and the old Mac OS are indeed
using different mechanisms for their comments. Strange that I never ran into
this before. Maybe because I gave up on comments already in the days of
System 6 due to Apple's lousy support for the feature.
