I think I saw some things that seem to do what you want on either I-Cal share http://icalshare.com or I-Cal World http://www.icalworld.com/ In the US, these "holidays" are designated by Congress. If the above don't work out, you might ask whatever agency is responsible for keeping track of these things what format they have it in. Someone in government has to have put it on a computer. BTW, my favorite one of these is the week after Easter designated as National Egg Salad Week. Peter
