No one knows for sure.  If you have a look at:

http://www.apple.com/macosx/

...you will know everything that all of the rest of us know about Tiger.

There may be folks on this list who are Tiger beta testers, but 1) they 
are under non-disclosure, and 2) Tiger is in beta, which means that the 
specifications haven't been finalized yet, necessarily, so you can't even 
go by the beta.
