Hello,

Have them back up data files or back them up yourself if it boots. BACK IT
UP.

Then you can reload the OS without worry. Perhaps just fix permissions, run
a recovery tool.

By the way, at Macworld there were some general troubleshooting
presentations. The presenters gave out URL's to the presentations to the
audience. Does anyone see anything wrong with me posting the URL's in a
public forum?
