[X4U] Dashboard needs better widget installation mechanism.

A simpler way to find the location of files downloaded with Safari is  
to use the little magnifying glass icon in Safari's Downloads window.  
This simple expedient taught me the location for Dashboard widgets  
with the first one I added.

Mind you, the reason I resorted to this expedient was because my  
downloaded widget had not shown up on the Dashboard shelf. To my mind  
this is of more concern than the cases where widgets are not  
automatically installed. I've seen others speak of re-launching the  
Dock to refresh the shelf, but I've found that the best approach (for  
now, at least) if a new widget does not appear on the shelf in the  
expected alphabetical segment is to scroll out of and back into that  
segment.
