I don't think you can install QuickTime 6 on 10.4, you're stuck with
QuickTime 7 and must pony up another $30 to get 'pro' features

The QuickTime 6.5.2 reinstaller will remove QuickTime 7 from a Mac OS X
10.3.9 system and restore QuickTime 6.5.2
