[X4U] name files in iPhoto

hello

does anyone know if there's anyway of giving titles to photos in iPhoto 
that will also title the files themselves in the desktop folders, for 
instance there's no point of me naming a file "meatlake.jpg" in iphoto, 
if when in quark/photoshop or whatever I go to open file from album and 
it says pic994.jpg

any advice tips
