How would I change the name and ownership of an entire computer
Quicksilver G4 running Mac OS 3.9.

I am passing my computer over to my wife. I bought new apps for my G5 and
she will assume ownership of my hardware and the few software programs on
here that are not Apple originals.

Is there an easy way to change everything to her username-password?
