[X4U] Tiger's Calculator.app no longer does percentages?

Not broken, the & key in Tiger apparently just performs differently than
it did in Panther. There is no standard way the & key performs --

version of Calculator. Go to <http://calculator.com/pantaserv/makecalc>
and it performs like the Tiger version. Since calculator makers and
different software developers don't have a standard function for the &
key, many of us don't even bother to use that key.
