[X4U] Tiger's Calculator.app no longer does percentages?

Why is this still going on.  It is broken in Tiger and should be  
reported to Apple.  If you are a developer do it through the  
developer program.
If your a regular guy then go here http://www.apple.com/macosx/ 
feedback/ and report the problem.
