[X4U] Internet OK, but can't see other Macs on LAN

We have four computers on our LAN, which connects to the Internet via an
Apple Airport.  Two Tigers, two Panthers.

Lately, the G5 running Panther can see only two of them, and one of them it
sees with the old computer name, which I changed two weeks ago.  Of course,
I get an error message when I try to complete the connection.  Internet
access is fine, and we can connect to it from the other computers to it.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or suggest what I should look
for?  I've got a license to upgrade it to Tiger, if anyone thinks that might
be a quick fix.
