[X4U] How can I get Mail.app to display Thai fonts?

In Mail.app 2.0.3, try the followings:
Go to 'Message' menu > 'Text Encoding' > 'Thai (Windows, DOS)'.
Or 'Message' menu > 'Text Encoding' > 'Unicode (UTF-8)'
