[X4U] CD Spin Doctor 2 with toast 6 won't launch

I had the same problem and asked about it on their forums.  It was  
resolved by removing some plug-ins, but I forget where.

Check /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/

I think I had some expired beta plugin's from some audio utility or  
another in there.
