But if you have an old Jaguar around, you can use Preview for that: This old version ignores password settings, so you can do as Randy suggested. The output might look slightly different though (e. g. colors) Alternatively there are some password crackers available as shareware as was mentioned in a previous post. Note that all of these incl. the password trick only work for password-protected but non-encrypted PDFs. Björn
