I'm continually impressed by the amount of information that's  
available there.  I just wish they'd  use something more concrete for  
a model designation than "Mirrored drive doors" or "dual ethernet".   
System Profiler gives the model number (ok, "sales order number"),  
machine name, and machine model of my Power Mac G4 (M7893LL/A,  
PowerMac3,3 and Power Mac G4, respectively), so why can't they  
reference those in the KB?
