1) Your supplied link is to a blog by a Mike Finn which references a  
license which I can't gain access to as it requires one to be a  
Microsoft partner or some such.

2) The link I supplied to the actual OEM license<http:// 
download.microsoft.com/documents/uk/partner/licensing_and_compliance/ 
licence_options/oem/downloads/oem-licence.pdf> clearly has the clause  
referencing “nonperipheral computer hardware component” in place.

As are the 2 UK outlets I supplied links to, as are any number of  
other suppliers of hardware and software. They're all wrong, you're  
right?
