[X4U] Spam Filter in Mail

I recently decided to reset my spam filtering in Mail.app.

Everything that comes through my .mac address is filtered almost  
perfectly, but almost nothing from my cable company address is  
filtered at all.  Any ideas on what I can do?  I am deluged with  
stock tips and pharmaceutical ads, etc.

I understand how to use rules, and have dozens of them. I'm a Mac  
user since 1987. G5/dual2.5, OS10.4.7, and current versions of all  
Apple apps.
