well, I personally don't recognize a person's age as an indicator of 
their relevance or effectiveness. in this culture, old = bad. to me, 
that's horse hockey.

some of the people I admire most are a lot older even than I am...some 
of them centuries older.

so the question would be: does geezerhood make the man, or does the man 
make the geezer?
