[X4U] No video in browsers

More interesting info on this issue:

I just emailed them a relatively small AVI file, and it came up  
properly in Mail.app in what sounds like a QT-like player within  
Mail. So, it appears Quicktime might be fine. Is there a plug-in file  
that could be corrupt or something? Is there a video preference that  
might need reseting and where/how do you do it if so?
