It doesn't show up in Spotlight; maybe it is an invisible file. It's not invisible and it's named default_smart.plist and resides inside the Finder.app which is a package/folder masquerading as a standalone application (as are most of those in OS X. Additionally, as I also mentioned, use EasyFind.
