[X4U] Napster purchased songs cannot be converted to AAC for use on iPod

Hello,

Songs purchased from the Napster store.

iTunes on a PC (Windows XP) indicates that the songs must be converted to
AAC. The conversion fails (file protected) and the songs cannot be uploaded
to an iPod.

Any ideas?
