[X4U] Print to PDF without margins - Solution

Hi all,

some time ago I tried to print to PDF without margins. I could not:  
OS X enforced that I used minimum margins on all sides.

The group tried to help but nothing worked really satisfactorily. So  
eventually I filed this as a bug for Apple.

They have recently returned to me that this functionality is already  
available in OS X. I could confirm that their solution works:

Any pre-defined paper size seems to have a minimum margin built-in  
that the user cannot alter. But I could set up a new "page size" like  
"DIN A4", only I called it "DIN A4 no margins" and define different  
margins for it, setting all values to 0.

Thanks to the group for taking the time to reply back then. I hope  
this solution will help others too.

I have suggested that Apple reconsider the accessibility of this  
feature since nobody in the group seemed aware of it.
