[X4U] Office crashing **grumbles**

Hi folks,

I know it's kind of like finding a needle in a haystack, but a client here
gets very frequent crashes in MS Office 2004. Seems to mostly happen when
she highlights text to change font, or hits the drop-down within Entourage
to change font. Most people are telling me there is a damaged font -- any
ideas what I can start looking for and how to troubleshoot?
