The PPC Mac mini has only one RAM slot. If you want more than the 512
MB you have you'll have to replace it with a 1 GB DIMM. PC2700 or
PC3200. http://www.dealram.com is a good place to check.
Numerous places on the net have take apart directions for the mini.
