[X4U] Formatting an oversize HD on my G4

With the driver from Intech: http://www.speedtools.com/ATA6.shtml.  
Make sure you read the User Guide and understand the limitations -  
otherwise you need to buy a new controller. (Also the limit is 128GB.)
