Bless your heart, you appear to be lazy, clueless and narrow-minded.  
Most of what you complain about is so easy to do and the Help  
function answers all of these questions. Or a brief tour, or a short  
tutorial, or a good friend with experience with OSX would have  
cleared all this up in a moment or two.

This article demonstrates your low level of cognitive development  
(ability to take new perspectives) and may result in far less  
business for your firm as people realize how inflexible and  
unimaginative (your article demonstrates) you can be.

After all, screen capture is either cmd+shift+4, or cmd +shift +3.  
EASY. I use it every day. Or use the included utility Grab...

But that would have required you to be curious and slightly patient,  
rather than impulsive, covertly angry and stuck in a narrow  
methodology from the past.
