I have just started to have my standard e-mail address relay  
everything to a gmail-account.

Then I pick up my e-mail from there.

It looks like Google's spam filter is much better than that of my  
previous mail provider.

For everybody else nothing has changed: I still use the old address  
to receive and send e-mail.
