Are you certain you reset it? The procedure is as follows: depress the reset button with it unplugged and then while STILL depressing the reset button, plug it in--continue holding reset. It will show amber, then after about 20 seconds or so will give 3 quick green flashes then back to amber. THEN it is reset to factory default settings. This next bit is probably unwelcome advice, but you really should consider using ALL Apple wireless networking devices. They work very well together and are VERY easy to set up. Tim
