[X4U] Quad core upgrade

I currently have a 3.0 GHz dual core Mac Pro.

I¹d like to upgrade it to quad core processors.

I suspect simply swapping out the dual cores and replacing them with quad
core processors would do the trick.

Anyone know of a source for Quad core Xeon processors or a company that
offers such a upgrade?
