[X4U] Photoshop project ...help!

I have a very simple photoshop project that I'd like to get some bids  
on.  I thought I might ask someone on a photoshop mailing list if  
they'd like the project.

Can anyone on here recommend a good, active Photoshop listserv?  Or,  
is anyone on this list with Photoshop experience willing to take on a  
brief project? It's basically making a high-resolution version of the  
iChat text bubbles.

Answers off list are fine.
