Is the screen on the host computer much bigger than the one from which you are accessing the file? If so, on the original screen move, the window so it is close to the center of the screen,(or the left side, or whatever seems to work). I have a 24 inch screen at home and when I access it from a 20" screen at work, some windows are nearly out of view. Or if you are on a strictly Mac network, perhaps using the Finder's View menu to check "Clean Up" would move the icons and windows into view? Daly ----------------------
