Any number of things... 1. check that you are still connected to the internet (get new webpages?) 2. restart the machine and the internet router... (fixed?0 3. Check to see if the mail-server her address uses is up and running. Check the address via webmail... works? 4. make a note of her account settings username, password, incoming server, outgoing server check to see if the servers are exactly correct (do you have another account using that server?) 5. before deleting that account and re-adding it, try and add her account to your Mail App, with all her settings and then test it on your machine... All this should either fix it or give you more info to see what is happening... Steve
