The Rules in mail don't give a solution. There was a time, long long ago, when the "proper" way to reply to a mailing list posting was to address the reply to the sender with a Cc to the list. It was because lists were slow and telephone modem-based connections were all there was. The direct reply would come in right away. Some folks still do that. Check, using full text view, for Cc: headers that would show that. You can probably build a filter that would place the message in your chosen mailbox. You might also get two copies. I think AppleMail can sense that and delete one of them for you. If not have a look at the Message-ID: headers.
