[X4U] cant get mail on iPad??

I am wondering if I all can try is a complete restore with no restoring 
backup.

I can't get mail from my 3 gmail accounts (only accounts I have) on my 
ipad2.
I can get mail fine from my wife's ipad and my smartphone and computers.
This started a few days ago - no problems before then.

I did a reset. I deleted and then readded accounts.

Anything else I can try besides a factory restore?
