That article is pretty much irrelevant.  If you forgot to install  
Rosetta when upgrading to Snow Leopard, it is automatically  
downloaded and installed the first time that you go to use an  
application that requires it.

Lion, of course, no only doesn't include Rosetta, it doesn't support  
it in any case.
