Synching Questions

I have successfully synched my TiPB and my t68i using bluetooth. But 
when I do so, in both places the t machines appear to have each added 
the other's entries... So I have duplicates everywhere!!!

Is there a preference that allows me to choose which overrides which?

And the doubles are now in my SIM card... Can I erase my sim?
